You don't need to download it; this is because it was included in the mod. Some GPU don't complatible with this, find the previous version of it if you must. (0.004, I think) Useful or not, I don't know.

It's a shame that MotionBlur doesn't work. Otherwise it would really look neat when you looked around.

Also why so much darkening? Oh well, I might want to light up the world a bit on my mod.

IlluminationLevel deals with Lighting of the world, BrighteningLevel and DarkeningLevel deals with how dark or light the colors are generated.
