Because vanilla Generals isn't good enough for you. Realism overhauls and graphical enhancements are the main points of existence of this mod. If you want tons of new units, this is not the mod for you.

It's a shame that MotionBlur doesn't work. Otherwise it would really look neat when you looked around.

Also why so much darkening? Oh well, I might want to light up the world a bit on my mod.

IlluminationLevel deals with Lighting of the world, BrighteningLevel and DarkeningLevel deals with how dark or light the colors are generated.

EnableProxyLibrary defines if there is another library other than the DX3D9.dll, InitProxyFunctions defines if these functions are to be used, and ProxyLibrary has the name of that other DLL library.
