Requirements:
-The mod should now work with all game versions i.e. 1.00, 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04
-Zero Hour Enhanced version 1.0.0
-PC specifications beyond the recommended for the original game (the mod adds more system demanding stuff)
Installation:
Patch Installation (If you're using launcher):
1. Copy and paste (overwrite) the files (.zhe, .ini) into your game folder where you installed the mod
2. The launcher should states that it's version 1.0.0a now then you can play as normally
Patch Installation (If you're NOT using launcher):
1. Rename the *.zhe files to *.big in accordance to this guide: Moddb.com
2. Copy and paste (overwrite) the files (.big, .ini) into your game folder where you installed the mod
3. You should be able to play the mod now

there is a bug that makes infantry take damage when exiting the Capture point
Yea, I think I ran out of damage type so don't know how to fix atm
Enhanced won't launch from launcher, just split seconds later just relaunches the launcher.
make sure that steps 3 and 4 from the install guide actually took. I checked on mine and they didn't and making sure they took actually resolved my issue.
3. Right click to properties on your "generals.exe". Go to "Compatibility", check "Run this program as an administrator", then click "OK" to apply the settings.
4. Right click to properties on your game folder ("Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour"). Go to "Advanced", uncheck "Allow files in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties", then click "OK" to apply the settings.
The launcher will not run and I get a blank error message and then it relaunches the launcher. Any idea on how I can troubleshoot / fix this? I did a clean install once and attempted to a 2nd time, making sure the folder was completely empty, as I was using Rise of the Reds mod previously. To add context I tried installing this twice once manually same issue. Then I tried a full uninstall but 1 file from the mod could not be uninstalled "Karisma.ttf" due to the it allegedly being open somewhere else. I also tried the installer with the same results. I am on Windows 11 but I am running the game in compatibility mode for Windows 7 sp3.
Disregard this I fixed the issue. My PC didn't keep step 4 of the installation guide. Checked again got it to stick and it works fine.
HOW
