Blood, released by Monolith in 1998 was one of the most popular games of all time, retaining a cult following even today. Many consider it the finest first person shooter, following the protagonist Calebs attempts to seek retribution against the God Tchernebog. It was created in the Build engine, developed by Ken Silverman. The Build engine was a DOS based 3D engine, which was capable of some very amazing effects and graphics back in its day. Yep, it's been an entire year since my last update. Many believe the mod is dead, but that is not the case.
I'm going to keep this short and sweet.
The bad news: I've missed every public deadline I've made, so I'm not going to give any definite timeframe for the next update or media release.
The good news: 2011 and 2012 have been exciting, and we've hit all our internal development deadlines. It must be said, our internal deadlines are very broad, but for such a small team, I'm proud of what we've accomplished thus far.
I'm afraid I'm not going to publish a summary of what has been completed so far, but I can assure you that a media release is closer than you might think - details of this will be announced when we are good and ready.
In the meantime.... familiarize yourself with The Way Of All Flesh. Lets prepare to get bloody....
