Where Things Is At?
Its been a hard hard year. but we're still climbing the dev mountain. Things are now starting to look pretty again, so we'll be making some effort to show you what we're doing.
We be mappin right now, making vasty vistas for your visual... verification... we went on a massive push to improve the look of all our environment pieces, and to create a ton more. Look forward to large detailed urbanscapes, and very soon - Teh Jungle!
On the code side, we now have absolutely delicious firefights going on, with a completely new weapon recoil mechanic and completely scratch-built squad AI. Your grunts now obey your every command, supply you, revive you, and generally cover your ass. Game logic is being hammered into shape and we have a new and fancy UI to deal with some of the new equipment options.
Where Things Is Going?
Features still in development include:
- WEAPON MODS: your dk is fail? add a surpressed barrel, AP-Hardpoint ammo, grav stabilisers and AR scope. now it is teh win :)
- VEHICLE MODS: your sturm is getting pwned? add flash shields, IronRain missiles and PlasCannon!
- New METAGAME, earn and wear MEDALS to aquire and use l33t WEAPONS, MODS and ITEMS
- SOME KINDA ROBOT: Why yes that is a ULA light mecha in the title shot ^.^
So, fans of being shot at on other worlds in the far future, we salute your patience. Thankyou all for continuing to keep the faith. we're closer than ever before, but we still need experienced staff members.
