What can I say. I've been in the process of polishing the mod and it's content of that we have so far. We're surely getting there, but I really want to give you guys the best I can possible offer. Therefore I've decided to make some comparison shots, and keep showing the little updates on some of the maps I've shown before.
As for the screenshots of the first map, I haven't worked on the lights.rad advice given to me yet. I've looked at personal photos of which this area's taken from, and it's quite consistent with what the TOD (Time of Day) looks like. It's supposed to be a summer morning.
I'll do my best to please the lot of you, but as I said I'm doing this to learn and get better. All the advice given to me is very much appreciate. But I know I cannot please everyone, although I try my best. Oh well, I hope you'll enjoy it anyway.
We as a team have grown significantly. We're doing all we can to make this mod worth the wait ...
I like it. That vent on the ceiling in the far back doesn't match the lighting it looks like.
Thanks. about the vent, well, it would be because it's a metal vent and a dark ceiling texture. Imo there's nothing wrong with it, but that could be just me.
I hope it could be more lighter... how about something like a flashlight on the ground to reach the awesome shadows?
Throughout the mod I play with light and dark areas. It's a gameplay thing cause some weapons have an added flashlight and some do not. therefore it pushes the player to actually use them.
If you think that should made better game-play part - i can't argue.

I can certainly see that the team really is growing together on this project. It shows more with each update. Hell, you can't possibly expect to make everyone happy so just give us the best you've got while staying true to the story and we'll be happy. Stay the course !
the light being cast by those light-sources doesn't match the brightness of the model textures... and the whole area is quite dark. I think this would definite benifit from those lights being increased by 20 :)
