Can someone post the changelog between 2.1 beta and final? I don't want to start a new game just yet...

vsempizdetz @ Sherman tank with missile launcher pack =D =P XD

The Katyusha launcher is a way better weapons system (it became a national icon for a reason). Its extremely simple design (an ordinary truck with a rail carriage) allowed it to be made in massive numbers. It was possible to interchange the number of rails as well as rocket dimensions, as opposed to the fixed amount of tubes and rockets on this tank. The Katyusha is still being used today...where is your superior Calliope?

Except it was already matched, thrashed and mashed by the invincible forces of the USSR.

In Tsarist times (and now) it is common to refer to the country of Russia as an entity as "otechestvo" (отечество) which roughly means 'the land of one's father'.

Just one thing that I can't help but notice is the bolt located on the wrong side. But whatever....

The photograph is obviously taken in the Soviet Union, most likely Red Square since I'm pretty sure that's GUM in the background. Since the Soviets still had an international ideological reasoning back then, they printed slogans in many different languages, as seen here with German and French (left) next to the native Russian.

My bet is that this photograph was taken in the early 1930s when the Russians and the Germans were still buddies.

I haven't touched any of the STALKERS for at least 18 months now simply because this mod always sits in the back of my head reminding me how awesome it will be in comparison to anything that is out right now!

vsempizdetz @ KV-2 tank

Near useless? A single KV-2 tank halted two German divisions in Riga for two days until it was bombarded by aviation since everything the Germans put up against it failed to penetrate its armor.

I get the PR notice upon clicking the icon after installation but after a few seconds it closes and nothing happens. I tried re-installing twice already, using the same method I used for previous versions. Help?

The A-10 is one of the few American weapons systems that I actually respect. Truly a great aircraft.

vsempizdetz @ TU-160

That's because you ARE wrong. The Concord's development initiated after the Soviets launched the Tu-144 program. As for the Tu-160, it was a response to the B-1A using the same mainframe. It can be traced back to earlier Tupolev aircraft, like the same 144 or 22 models. The only thing the Russians copied, against their will (large quarrels ensued between the Tupolev bureau and Stalin himself regarding this), was the B-29 in 1945.

But hey, this works both ways. Americans have copied too like thrust-vectoring, VTOL (Yak-36), stealth engineering (Ufimstev) and the F-35 from the Yak-141, to name a few.

Why do Commissars wear hammer and sickle armbands? Is that like a parody on the Nazi Swastika armband?
