Not possible, because of how the engine works. All times are calculated by the game as if the game is running with 30 FPS. So if you set the FPS limit to 60 fps the units will run twice as fast, buildings are build twice as fast and so on.

Try reinstalling the games, both BFME2 and Rise of the Witchking, then redownload the mod and the launcher and install the mod first, then the launcher.

There is no special guide needed. Make sure you have the newest graphics card driver, espcially if you have a computer / laptop using an Intel graphics chip (that basically applies to all laptops, since they all use it for desktop stuff instead of the power intensive real graphics card), install the game via the DVD and if its not working download my start up fixxer to fix a common freeze. Done.

Sadly, the AI is working completely different in BFME 2 compared to one. Not only in the way it acts, but also the coding is a lot different. Probably one of the things that changed the most between part 1 and 2.
Reduce your graphics settings. The game can only utilize around 2,5 GB of RAM and VRAM combined, if you go over that limit the game crashes. So reduce your settings so that you dont reach that limit.
I think those are actually the same drivers, just for different generations of the processor / igpu. At least the changelogs kinda look the same.
Dedicated graphics arent necessary anymore, Intel fixed the drivers and the game is working with integrated graphics cards again. They for sure dont give the best performance, but it works.
That means you didnt actually install the games with the games installer. You need to do this to make the game work correctly.
Thats a different issue than the one fixed by the launcher. Update your Intel HD graphics to driver number 188.8.131.5231 if you have an Intel HD graphics and the error should be fixed.

Thats an error with the copy protection. Use a legitimate version of the game and the CD Rom to start it and it should not occur anymore.
Little Update for all people having problems with Intel HD graphics and the game. My windows update just installed the driver version 184.108.40.20631 for my Intel HD 5500 and this update seems to have finally fixed the problem. The game is running without a problem.
Most 8 player maps already use the maximum map size. You can theoretically make bigger maps, but pathfinding is not working anymore on maps larger than the official limit set by the worldbuilder.
Updating and the news should work again now.
The game works without our website. The issues shouldn't be connected. The launcher also works if the website is offline. Only the news and the updating via the launcher is currently offline.
