4.0 will only have english text, not voices. English voices would delay the release by years, because we would need to rewatch movies in english, cut usable soundfiles from them and then add them to the game.
Edit: And it is not only the LotR movies, a lot of sounds are not from them.
And another thing for your installer: The specific language name of the "My Battle for Middle-earth files" folder is also saved in the registry ;)
Hey, just some serious criticism on the launcher, because there were some people on our german BFME forum which had problems with your launcher:
A launcher should be an easy way to start your mod, instead of this your launcher makes it more complicated to start the mod.
Another thing is that most of the things the user has to enter are not necesarry. You can check all those things via the registry or via the batch commands. No user input is needed.
Checking if the system is 32 or 64 bit is easy with batch, which you launcher seems to use, just google it ;)
The game directory is saved under the following string in the registry (I use Rise of the Witchking as example, but BFME 1 also has this string):
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ Electronic Arts \ Electronic Arts \ The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king" on 64 bit, delete the Wow6432Node for 32 bit. Simply check one string at first and check the other if it is empty.
The string is called "InstallPath".
Integrating this check will also help users, who do not have an english windows installed, since the paths are named different there.
And the last point: Add a graphical user interface! This cmd box for sure just confuses most of the users instead of helping them start the mod.
Jeah, the mod is changing the asset.dat for sure, because this is the file, which makes ressources, like 3d modells, textures etc. available for the game.
The mod works without any problems with windows 8.
Arnor is already in the mod. It is a map feature of Gondor. Simply play a map located in Arnor and choose Gondor as faction, you will then be able to play as Arnor ;)
Login to Tunngle via the switcher, you will be automatically logged into the right network. Just ask in the chat there if someone wants to play ;)

By the way: You eye can only see about 23 pictures per second, so more the 30fps should not be visible.
Even 40 fps will change the gamespeed by 33%.
Hey, i dont understand italian, but i will try to answer your questions :D
The game will only work with 30fps maximum. The problem here is, that the game calculates all times through the fps. 60 seconds buildtime is only really 60 seconds, if the game runs constantly with 30fps. If we'd set the maximum fps to 60, the buildtime would only be 30 seconds. Same is for walking speed, attack speed, etc....
The mod already has widescreen support, just open the switcher, go to Tools / Options and change the resolution there.
I don't "sync multiplayer" should be, be you can the play the mod in multiplayer via tunngle.

Version 4.0 will be a full version, you will not need 3.8.1. But it will not be a problem if it is installed.
English version will be released with version 4.0.

What do you mean with HD? Most of our models and texture already keep the engine at its limit.

Do not use the faction Lothlorien in the game, both, you and the AI, should not use it. It is known bug that games with Lothlorien cant be loaded.

Yes, you only have to wait till we release version 4.0.
No, because of two reasons:
1. The wont give us the code. So we dont have the ability to make our own server.
2. The costs: We do not have the money to pay a monthly 40€ for an v-server.
Tunngle works fine, so we dont see a reason to change our system.
