You could also simply write the differences, that would be much fast than downloading the mod (because of the crappy moddb servers) and installing it.
The mod does not work with the unofficial patch. It only works with the official patch 2.01. You also need patch 1.06 for BfME 2.

So you would not make a mod in your foreign language? So my game is german, because i speak german. You need Tod know, that mods dont Start as commercial projects or for other people. We started the mod because we wanted to extend the game, so that we would have more fun with it. So why start it in english? The release came after we saw, that wie did, in our opinion, a good job and wie thought that others would also appreciate our work. And, by the way, we also said, like a thousand times, that the next version will have english Text.

Just search for "haldir" in the experiencelevels.ini or experiencelevels.inc, dont know which one, since changed most of our changed files are the incs, but i do not know if haldirs experiencelevel was changed, there will be entries for every level from 1-10 and at the levels with new special powers is always an "Upgrades =" line. This line gives the object a specific upgrade at a specific level, the upgrade then triggers the special power. So copy that line from one level to another to change the required level.
Edit: I just looked at our experiencelevels and saw, that haldir is defined at an new object among others, so changing that would also change other heroes, since they get Upgrades like "Upgrade_level1" at level 1. So you have to change haldirs ini, just like in the special power behaviors for the "triggeredby" line und change it.
Nope, the level is triggered in the experiencelevels.ini ;)
The levels are defined there, just search for your hero and copy the upgrade of your special power from one level to another.
If you still have a problem with editing: you can also export the file, open it in an editor and edit it and then reimport it.
Yep, SEE and Edain should work, as SEE is started with the mod command.

There are no plans for that at the moment. But as said before: We would appreciate a submod made by fans which adds english audio. We just dont have the time to find english movies with good voices, cut those and add it to the mod.
There is a bug which prevents you from loading saved games if one of the factions is Lothlorien.
You dont have to reinstall the whole game, the mod makes a copy of the original englishpatch file, so reinstalling the mod should fix the issue. ;)

Exactly. But as also said before: If you want to make a submod with english voices, just do it! Its not that complicated to add sounds to the game and we appreciate if people decide to make submods for our mod. ;)

No. Nobody knows how to add new regions to the war of the ring mode. It is barely known, but not everything - and also tons of work for just one new map.

There is a bug that games with the faction Lothlorien cannot be loaded. Other savegames should work fine.

It is working for sure, it is the main modding tool. Just open the big files as usual with it.
