I think they looked actually pretty greyish more like a blue-gray with a little bit of green thrown in there.
This mod is amazing! I have to say you don't add as many new units as many other mods or as many new features, but you just do everything so well! It really feels like the bfme 3 we never have had! I have found little to no glitches whatsoever and the new skins are amazing! My favorite is the trolls! I'm very excited to see future factions!
I'd like to see men of the west split into Gondor and Rohan, or a Woodland Elves mod!

Not sure if you are aware, but the left shoulder options in the create a hero system for male archer don't have all of the options the right shoulder has!
So are these what will be retextured to be hoplites and greek cavalry? Or are you saying that you've already did it?

I'm curious and would really like to try it pleaese help.
I love the new classes! I've always wanted more variability in the create a hero classes. I think it would be really cool if in the future you were able to include another into the "hero of free peoples" class such as an elf whose primary weapon is the sword or spear that way we can actually have some more glorfindel-esq characters. I feel like it would be equally cool to have a goblin subclass or add a mount ability to the orc raider class. It would also be cool to see options for mordor-esq armor for uruk-hai so we could imitate black uruks.
Sorry if it comes off as me trying to push stuff on you! these are just some ideas from an avid fan! Keep up the great work I look forward to the full release.

Honestly does it really matter if Tolkien expressly wrote in his works that elves rode elk? How do we know that if he was alive today he wouldn't like the idea? We don't too many people get caught up in whether it's "lore-friendly" instead of just looking at it like, "that's a creative way to add cavalry to the faction (and therefore balance) without taking away the style of faction". I like the idea, and I think it'd be a cool support unit to bolster the main units of Mirkwood.
It'd be cool to see a full fledged mirkwood faction, or dale like others have said above, i feel like with either you wouldn't need another evil faction to balance it out since gundabad was both mirkwood and dale's main enemies during the hobbit time span anyways.
I'm having the same problem. Instead of adding rohirrim and easterlings it just keeps adding players that there aren't even bases for, such as player 3 and 4 when there is only 2 players on the map.
No, but he's saying that a lot of the things you listed were intended to be as such. Have you ever made a mod or game? You realize they aren't being paid to do this right? They honestly don't even have to release this to the public so be a little more grateful.
I did that and they have a new texture which I do like a lot! However, it's just not what I think of when I think of the Galadhrim.
I'm a little confused about the armor of the Galadhrim. I noticed that you didn't use the armor of the original mod which was based off the movies and instead went for a silver texture on the body and the original bronze look on the head. Is there a reason for this or no? Also I saw you did use the original textures on a few new units for Mirkwood...
I was playing with Isengard and I noticed that their siege equipment wasn't really doing all that much damage. Will this update fix that? Also I'm sure this isn't the place to say this, but I think it would be really cool to see maybe some uruk scouts or maybe an Isengard orc pit for some really basic and cheap units, because Isengard doesn't seem to have really any light infantry in fact the only light unit period is the warg riders.
Will you be making all new custom skins for units already in game or are you basically just combining all the evil factions from the vanilla game. Also I really like the way you are making this with Sauron having command over all the evil in Middle Earth, its really very lore accurate!
Also I;d like to say I can't wait to play on some of these maps with the deep and dol guldur!! I love this mod!!!
It would be especially great because that would mean you could actually have a lot of the battle happen within the city which would be really effective for a place like dol amroth or a rebuilt osgiliath.
What I always thought would be a cool idea for fortress maps would be if certain parts of the fortress could actually be captured such as the gate or a certain area like in say Minas Tirith each ring could be an area that could be captured. I feel like this would prevent the defenders from simply being beaten back after theyve breached the first part and destroyed half the building in it. However I feel like with something like this wall and gate hp would need to be higher as well as more starting resources for the attacking side.

I did which is what is confusing me//:
I run the game and I get a window which says please insert disc one... I only have one disc it's a pc dvd. If I cancel it the game starts then immediately stops and gives me a bug report thing. Please Help!!
Not to be pushy or anything, but do think updates will we be farther apart with more than one faction in each or just releasing them ASAP?? Also I've been looking forward to this mod for a long time now so thank you for such a great job!!!

I like the ideas, but isn't releasing the long awaited and promised english version a little more important. There is alot of people who don't use this mod just because no english and I think releasing an english version will get it alot more followers! Any ways keep up the good work can't wait for the new version :)
