What are the recommended system specs?

integrated ATI Radeon HD 4200 512mb shared memory
Next month ATI Radeon 5770 1G @ DDR5
current fps:
800 x 600 medium detail = 12 to 18 fps with 1.1 patch.

I've been a fan of Dr. Strangelove (or how I stopped worrying and learned to love the bomb)and Stanley Kubrick since seeing the movie in the 1960's.
I've been a fan of 0fus's Strangelove almost as long as there has been a UT.
I even made a few maps for it in UT'99 and later UT 2K4.
I have to say that the 2.04 version is the best and smoothest that I have ever seen it,Linux OS might have something to do,but I digress.
I voted SLV 2.4 for Mod Of The Year.
Now I want to find all of those old maps that I used to run on the server and at countless LAN parties from back in the day.

I see several retractions in what I wrote about the summary and I messed up by not linking the voice pack to the unreal engine.
I did not make the Ruby Rhod voice pack let Me make that perfectly clear,
I felt implored to use Sergeant Todds voice pack "Ruby Rhod" with the Teddy
because it seemed perfect and compelled me to make a unique voice pack for the Mayonaise skin.
Sorry for the mix up.

This Mod is a must for anyone who loves the Old Unreal tech.
If You can install a custom map from a zip file then You can install this mod,its that easy.
I gave it a 9 and its still in beta when it goes final I'll give an enthusiastic 10.
