You can locate the screenshots in the Battlefield 2 folder in My Documents. There's a folder named Screenshots and that's where the screenshots are located. Press the PrintScreen button and the game will automatically place the screenshot on that folder.

Guys, if you have installed the English registry files and still have Chinese characters in the game, launch the game with compatibility on Windows XP (you can use either of the service packs). The game should now have English characters when you play it. Also guys, turning off the ENB (the color effects) can dramatically improve your performance. I went from 14~18 FPS to 30~40 FPS by turning it off. Pressing the Shift key and F12 at the same time turns the ENB on or off. Even with the ENB off, the graphics are still great.

Well, I think, it's not possible. However, if you used the reload system of the shotguns, you might be able to do it. It's up to the team if they would do that system and they're good at coding.

The Refractor engine doesn't allow a specific RPM for a weapon. It must be only be divisible by 1800, which means numbers like 30, 150, 450, 600, 900, etc.

Edit: BTW, the max RPM for a weapon is 1800.

Just a quick play, around 15 minutes, and it feels good. One thing that I like is tracers are everywhere. Gonna give some more feedback once I play again.

Also, the Remington 11-87 ejects two shells, one after firing and then the second when pulling the fore-end.

Flashlights won't be great in this game because of the dynamic lighting; lights can't be focused on a single direction. JONES™ said that there won't be a Russian faction, check the comments below. Vehicle customization would be a hard thing to do. You don't spawn as a vehicle in the game so there's no way you can customize it; however there could be a small chance.

So just recently downloaded the mod and it's great! But I have a question: I usually mod the mod (Modception? And don't worry, I keep backup of the original files just in case I want to play MP) to make it realistic like increased weapon's range, damage, etc.. I'm using the FinalBIG and I used that too to mod Shockwave. The problem is that whenever I edit something it's saved, but not applied to the game; however when I open the .big files again, what I edited is still there. There are two files INI files for the mod and I edited them both (!BetaRotr_INI and !BetaRotrINI) and still none of them works. Can anyone help me about the problem? I modded Shockwave with the same tool and I got my results with no problems.

Is there any other ways to download the mod? I've been trying to download this for the past 3 days; around 750~800 MB was downloaded today then the download stopped due to "Unknown network error" (this also happened around my second download) and I'm using Chrome. It ****** me of since I was half-way through. Perhaps a torrent? I really want to try this mod.

Hey Jones™, since you're adding the FTS Magnifier for the Eotech optics; are you gonna place one for the M68 Aimpoint? Also, what about for the ACOG? Will canted iron-sights be available for that? One more thing, I notice this on the M16A2/M203 (and on the AK-101/GP-30)(and on other mods, but no sure on PR since I don't have it yet), when transitioning from the rifle to the GL, it has an animation of lifting the sights; but when returning to the rifle, it treats it as if you used other items? Is it possible in this engine? If so, is there any way to have an animation of transitioning back to the rifle? Could also help for the FTS Magnifier's animations.

I get CTD's at 62%, I don't know why. I'm eager to play your mod but I'm being held back because of the crash. Any reason why it's happening and solutions to fix it? In the other 25 mods that I have, I don't get any problems at all; I have the BF2 1.4 and the mods that I have, works on it. Anyway, my specs is: Palit GT 610 2 GB, a 3.2 GHz dual core Intel processor, and 2 GB of RAM. Other than that, your mod sounds promising. 10/10 even if I get crashes.

Hey JONES™, are you planning to have a working instruments in vehicles? Like the civilian pickup, the detail of the dashboard is great and it will be better if it works. The Saab 35 Draken in AIX 2.0 has a working G-force gauge on the cockpit, it responds on the movements of the aircraft. Anyway, I'm just asking if you have plans for it. Other than, keep up the good work on the mod; so eager to see some updates and would be blown if a new version/patch has been released.

Actually, they're the pickup weapons in the game. From what I can remember, you have the M82, XM8, AUG and the deployable HMG's.

It's possible to have prone animations in the game. In some other mods they have it, from what I can remember, I think Spec Ops Warfare and CSTO have those featured. But it's up to the modders if they'll add it or not.

I think it's probably that there's something wrong with the installation of the mod/game or your version isn't correct. You must have BF2 v 1.4 or above (1.41 or 1.5 is recommended). Are your other mods working properly?

Probably it would be possible to fly a UAV, borrow the HUD from the chopper missile or from the Air to ground missiles from the Fighter-bombers and fly it as a plane. There's a possibility for it and it would be cooler as teamwork is needed to ensure success.

It will be piloted by a player. I haven't seen any mods that has AI support for the AC-130. Anyways, manual is better as you can go to the places that you can give support.

Hey JONES, what would be the armament of the AC-130? According to the picture, it has a 105mm gun, 40mm L/60 Bofors cannon and a minigun (M61 or the GAU-12/U?)? Will there be other armaments? Like just 1 105mm gun and 2 miniguns (M61 or GAU-12/U?)? One more thing, will it be hard to fly? I mean that you need to crank up your sensitivity levels to comfortably fly that plane?

It will depend on the pilot if he/she wanted to. The plane must be piloted with a play or a bot and there will be other slots for the gunners. There are some mods that has a AC-130 in the game and they're piloted by a player.

Actually, any soldiers in the game can be killed with 2 shots in the center mass, or 1 in the head by using the M24.

For the meantime, if you want to disable the guidance system of the ERYX and SRAW, just do this. Go to "weapon_server.zip", open the folder "Weapons", open "handheld", find "usatp_predator", open it and open the one with the ".tweak" on it. Find these lines (quotation marks are not included in searching)
"rem ---BeginComp:LPTargetComp ---
(delete the lines inside them, including the these 2 lines that I posted here. Moddb is not allowing me to write the code since it's too long)
rem ---EndComp ---", delete them. It's the same with the ERYX, find "CHAT_ERYX", open the one that has the ".tweak" file and do the same step like with the SRAW. Your missile will just be like a dummy one.

Note: Since the guidance system is disabled, you'll see your missile drop, you need to compensate for it.
Make a backup of both files before modding it. You may screw it up and cause the game to crash.

Find this line on the guns or vehicles "ObjectTemplate.velocity" then edit that, you don't even need to adjust the acceleration and speed of the projectile but edit the line above. It will be found on the vehicle and gun it self.
