Answering myself in case someone google seaches to this in the future:

The options bug is a corrupt steam download (go figure)

The warg bug seems to be a warband patch issue, simply had to reinstall it.

Two things that are reproducible:

The menu launcher sometimes seems to be "missing options" as in, I will only get "Play, configure, and cancel". However the launcher still treats them as "Configure, update, and cancel".

Wargs are treated as individual enemies, the ai does not behave well at this at all, they will often try to attack the spot where the rider would be, they will even bug out the enemy rider's AI.

Other than that, nice work.

I got around that by launching the mount&blade;.exe instead of mb_warband.

Hey devs, game is running perfect, good work again and gl on MOTY!

Two things:

Federation colony vessels lose 90 AM per jump, is this WAD?

The AI consistently stagnates and plays defensive past a certain point in the game, can this be fixed (should I try to detail when it stagnates) or is it a vanilla problem?

Hey everyone, is it WAD that the fed colony ships lose 90 antimatter per jump? The rest of the races don't suffer such a big penalty, but I'm unsure if it's for balancing purposes.

I went to Buff_Cloak_Mines and set numEntityBoolModifiers to 0 and removed the (what I presumed) buffs that made them untargetable. I was looking to not nerf it too hard, but yeah If you managed to get it working lowering the damages, I'll go that way. Thanks a ton!

Yeah unfortunately it's a matter of priority on the AI, whenever a station is involved they usually prioritize the station and ignore the mines. What I did was send in scouts and drag mines 9 at a time on 1 scout lol.

Thanks ntek, I actually uncooked into TXT and removed the 2 booleans that set them as invisible in the hopes they would be prioritized better, but the conversion exe just wouldn't reconvert into txt, I used the TXT and the game crashes whenever a mine is built.

I'm going to try to remove them from the AI priorities since that can't be broken I think :) thanks again though!

Yeah true enough, but when you're attacking on 2 fronts, and have to go through 5 systems with 50 mines total, it kills the momentum of the game completely. And since fleet ai usually ends up clumping you can come back to half a dead fleet.

Oh coolio. We're just having the problem where AIs will max out a system with mines, and when counterattacking because of the AOE it's so dangerous when your ships attack the turrets and ignore the mines. It's not that I think the mines are inherently imba, it's just the AI strategy.

I'm trying to uncook and recook the entities just to lower their damage a bit, but the exe isnt taking folder commands too well.

Grats on the mod though and again gl on the moty!

Hey guys, can anyone mod-savvy for SinS give me a quick idea on how to remove the mines? AI keeps abusing them too much. I've found the "R_*description*.entity" files which I guess are R for romulan, F for fed etc.

If I just remove all Mines entities will anything be broken (AI specially). I just want to at least remove the AOE, remove them completely if not easily done.

I guess It's because of the Mod Award that people are making these weird posts.

Basic facts:
Renegade Is a Computer game that was made in 2002 by WestWood. It included a multiplayer mod which was fun as hell where the objective of the game was to take the enemy's base down although you had several ways of doing it. What made it unique though was the fact you could change classes or buy vehicles using credits you earned either killing the enemy or by making sure the collector made it back. All the structures were destroyable and each one played a role.

Hi, I've tried to download the mod, being the .u3 mod and the organized mod but the first one leads back to jolt's main page and the second goes at 1kb per sec, giving me like 80 hours ETD. I think this is because I'm outside UK, but my comp doesnt like Fileplanet and evrerytime I tried to Login it goes blank. Any ideas or help? Thanks,

If never found the need to actually post a comment myself before, but seeing no one has commented on this mod, I just did. This gives you a more or less accurate Idea of the impression this mod has given me.

It is the best Star Wars strategy mod I've seen in my whole life, has options which rival even Ex mod , Textures that are like made for a game by themselves, a good AI and A LOT of ships. There are still some details to be fixed but hell , for being a v 0.28 , It's like a V 2.50 when compared to some 1.0s.

Seriously if you even only half-like either Homeworld 2 or Star Wars , this mod is a sure hit.
