You may have to extract the gamedata.ini, change what you want, and put it into a separate .big file that's called before the main one. Just put more ____ before it than the rest of the edain files...
In the mod folder there's a file called 4gb patch plus faster projectiles. Open that, then in the 4gbpatch.zip run the exe and select the swfoc.exe in the root directory. (not the desktop shortcut!!!)
Aright, does any one know where the War of the Ring data is stored? Ive tried changing the livingworld.INC files in campaigns/common, I've tried the data/ini/livingworldplayers.ini in both the edain files and the base ini.big and no changes are being made...any idea how to get them working?

Looks good, you need to add some way for them to get from the top of the garrison tree to the base though- they're elves not squirrels.
I like it, makes it more streamlined, less...obtrusive.
anyone else having issues with enemy hordes being able to "pop" through closed gates? seems as though if they were ordered through before the gate closed they were able to pass through, but if it was after they couldn't

Aright, first off i'd like to say you've done an exceptional job with this, it's a nice update to a rather boring base game. Have you made any progress with the auto-save crashing though? It's making GC practically unplayable unless you auto resolve everything and even then it has issues.
What would be cool is if they started out like this, and as you upgraded the buildings, they change more into dark metal-like what the fortress looks like here. Something to think about for a future release ;)
use the edain launcher and deactivate edain first, then run RJ

Go look up two steps from hell on youtube, it's one of their comps, i don't remember what the name of it is off the top of my head though

Why should there be, limiting the building to certain areas requires you to think strategically rather than just building farms everywhere and putting a huge number of troop producing buildings as close to your enemy as possible to flood them with constant attacks...now you actually have to think about what you're doing before you do it...
Cleared the cache and that seemed to work, patch downloaded and installed.
yep still nothing. Even without a game installed it won't download
