This mod catapults Empire at War into 2077. It maintains the game's design philosophy, while adding new units, better graphics, and deeper gameplay.
So the executor has been on the backburner for a long time now, and I make no secret about the fact that I don't like the superstructure, at all. So a few days ago I spent time making some sweeping changes on the superstructure, and the city scape now looks very different. I'm a lot happier with the ship going forward with this basic shape.
Eh, I think the ISD1 bridge doesnt fit.
I can't wait to use this toy :)
I feel like all the hard edges and it's pointed shape would make it a pretty painful for you. But if that's what you're into then who am i to judge?
...Clever girl.
Such dedication. I'm truly impressed with how many different thoughts and design ideas go into building this titan. It does look absolutely beautiful even in this image. I can only imagine what it will look like in the game.
Thank you! Once the whole thing is set and done it'll look quite impressive, the barrage this thing'll unlease will be devastating.
Now it feels like too fat on city structure. At least in the front part.
Or rather not long enough in general.
My point is, proportions look very wrong. Wish there was a shot from the above.
There...is though. The top image IS from above.
I meant full shot, wasnt it obvious?
No I get what hes saying, the top down does make it seem a little wider than it should be, same with the angle shot. But I think that's just the way the pictures are taken because the side profile looks about the right length. I guess I'll wait to see an in-game shot- that'll put the issue to bed quickly enough.
What are those shield generators at the middle? xD
Stellar modelling work as always. Although in my opinion it would be more visually pleasing from the side if the "city structure" was steadily lowering from the bridge of the ship down towards the front, instead it has that "bump" in the middle. Can't wait to Execute the rebel scum. :D
The original actually had that, but it simply didn't have enough character to it, so I changed it into this. Had the same idea, worked it out, and it didn't work out.
That thing must have been a bitch to steer. The bridge is like, what, 10km away from the nose of the ship? The captain must have used binoculars a lot.
I'm so hard right now.
