1: They are modernised to an extent but some factions are more advanced higher up whilst others are a combination of fedual and modern.
2: An entire faction is completely unmodernised.
3: Needle Guns are not bolt actions.

Like I said, we'll make sure cavalry is not useless considering the amount of time and resources we're putting into models and gear for them.

The faster firing breach loaders are for high tier soldiers, elites and expensive mercenaries. Half the time you'll be facing soldiers armed with slower firing percussion caps. So chill.

Charging head first into guys armed with modern guns will always be a bad idea.

Chances are it will be around 3-4 seconds long.

Not that loading time really matters as you'll die in one or two shots unless your a high leveled character.

I'm sorry to tell you but any modern warfare mod fundementally doesn't work with the Warband engine and your just going to be always frustrated with whatever is done outside the usual swords and crossbows thing.

Because of how map sizes, balance and damage values work is it close to impossible getting it all right.

I also believe some of the stuff in Blood & Iron was done for multiplayer balance reasons. I helped beta test it and I am a friend of the developer.

This is an engine limitation we cannot fix, as we do not have the time to model five colours of the same flat hair style to the 70 or more hats we have. I'm afraid you'll have to live with this.

We're never going to do a multiplayer add on sorry. I thought it was pretty decent of Parrot to give us his uniform and many OSP props so mentioning it to the people interested would be a nice thing to do.

Yes.

Though Swadia also has Prussian influences alongside the Austrian ones.

Scenes wise they'll be living in a more rural baroque area compared to the up market Vienna-esqe cities of Swadia.
