You can cross the ocean, click the Island speed up time and wait for the path finding to find the shallow bit of the coast that lets them disembark.
Sadly, we never got around to doing the Ancian/Alvion stuff. Expect to see stock Warband scenes there.
Modding the Warband engine isn't easy the engine is a bit of a clunker and due to the age of the community most guides are now out of date and a lot of the older modders have simply moved on with life.
We've put out multiple requests but rarely we've not gotten any serious replies.
This game doesn't even have a proper tool for map making, you just really have to open a scene in game in edit mode and slowly replace the objects in it hoping to god it won't crash (It does).
Is this for single player campaign or just AI skirmishes only? I can't seem to find the option to play the campaign with it.

These are all MAYBES at best. We need to see if we can get new skins for the other races, as well the whole matter of scenes still. Personally I'd like another South American and a semi modernised Native American nation to the list but well one faction alone takes time and we're a small team.
We really can't help it, that is just how the game was designed.
If there is just an open door the AI would really just win with numbers no matter what.
The limited nature of the Warband engine means we cannot script even breaches into the walls in the battle or other routes. You'll just have live with it.

Yes, considering the last update so far was scene stuff the scene issues with the previous factions mentioned have been fixed.
I was ambushed by multiple bandit and outlaw parties last night. Your either playing a corrupted version or simply just being unlucky.
It isn't a patch, it is a full version with the problems of the previous version fixed. It has some new things, mainly most of the scenes onewildtexan ahs done in the last few months and some other cosmetic bits and bobs.
When the news post is authorised you'll understand why we released a full new version instead if a patch.
You need only a fresh install, there is no patch.
Pink was considered a masculine colour in the 19th century whilst baby blue was what we think of as pink today.
All nonsense now in retrospect though. It looks nice IMO.
