Aomething that could be done to balance out the garrison is to make the mortar site like the U.S fire base where the infantry are not completely protected from enemy fire and can be affected by anti garrison weapons

The mortar site looks like it is going to be annoying to face, my one bit of feed back is that maybe you could add some sort of texture to the team color part or make it smaller it kinda looks out of place with the rest of the structure.

and about the multi role base defenses maybe only one or two factions could have them to make the faction more unique.
And a couple quick questions: Will the "Unknown Robot Empire" be a playable faction? and Why is the Middle East Alliance not listed as one of the new factions on the ModDB page?

The Marauder is not a main battle tank it is a heavy tank on par with the paladin.
it depends weather you have Generals: Zero Hour from the ultimate collection or not if you don't you install ROTR as normal if you do have Zero Hour through the ultimate collection you have to install the fixed launchers for the ultimate collection first: Commandandconquer.com then install as normal

The missile silo is a Topol-M that can't move but has longer range
don't worry the salvage upgrades will remain the same
