of course it has a fraction of the depth of DF. it barely has a fraction of the time DFs been alive. Given same amount of time it will be on the same grounds.

Right now just having a more accesible interface and something to look at that are not letters and simbols is great for it.

I see this more as the next step in the genre and DF as a stuck up game. If that fool developer of DF made it easier to add graphics and 21 century features the game might be more famous than it is. I mean its 2012 and he doesnt even have gameboy sprites or a 2000 interface, has he heard of mouse support?

Arrow to the beard area or nutcase is very deadly for dwarfs, anywhere else is fine.

why should the game have zombie survival mode? zombies are getting stale and repetitive.

I bought the game through Steam and the installation for this mod wont find my Shadow folder. How can I fix this?

God some people just don't want to read more when a developer says "micro transactions or item mall". Both terms don't mean buy in-game items from shop. Its just that for a game to remain or be free the developer incorporates this service shop as a way to generate money to continue running the game. Sometimes(almost always sadly) mmo developers just throw crap that destroy the balance of the game and give power to the buyer.
From what johny5.coder said it will be more closely to how the Guild Wars shop works, name changes, character sex and physical appearance changer, more storage space, cosmetic costumes, unlock all pets for pvp or pve, etc etc.

That doesnt make the game bad and shouldnt make you hate it.

I don't know what this game will be about. Is it some online true sandbox game or offline? Like start the game create a character of any race and then just do whatever you truly want to do?

Hi, voted for the game. Looks great and I do love Westwood Command and Conquer games(specially Red Faction 2). Some questions:

Is there going to be destroyable terrain? Likely done by many bombs and attacks in the same place?
