Check my website for more info...Its lower on the right...
There's an article on this very page that answers your question, here's a quote :
"This means that the 2013 version of Underhell will be released on Steam, when it's ready to go up there.
This means a lot of extra work for us, as we will have to create, replace and improve the assets of the game to make sure they are up to standards."
As for the character models, we are looking into it, but it's not as straightforward as modeling weapons.
There already are trophies in the game, if you go in the garage in front of the house after finishing it, you will find some trophies based on your actions.
These will probably be turned into steam achievements.
That's the intention, although we might need to do some changes to the engine overtime which might make saves incompatible.
Hard to say.
Prologue was about 650 MB to download, and chapter 1 is 1.5 GB, which is barely double the size for 10 times the content.
What takes up a lot of space are models and textures, Levels tend to compress well on source.
I can't imagine the final thing being over 5 GB, and that would hardly be the "biggest mod" in byte size on ModDB.
I cannot wait for this game, I loved every Mount and Blade games, and I am very excited for this sequel.
I wish I could do something to help production !
If you grab the barrel with your hands, when the gun goes up because of recoil your hands could slip.
Putting your fingers in the grip, and actually gripping it, gives you greater control over the vertical recoil.
Might've heard it here:
We are currently switching the website to a new server, everything will be back up in a few days.
You can ask away in the forums, and we'll discuss there.
The game is not really made for that, disabling all the cameras would take many dangerous steps, and many events of cutscene wait for a camera to reach a position before the scene continues.
If the camera is disabled, then it will never reach the position, and the cutscene will be stuck.
Just hang around him in the Safe Room right after you rescued Joseph and Lily.
Cool! Thanks for sharing, I watched his playthrough, I'm glad he liked it so much.
His terrified screams will stay in my memories forever.
Not sure what you did there, that message shows up if an essential NPC dies, or if an essential item is lost/destroyed.
Which is a VERY rare occurence.
Now I have a Machine Gun Ho-Ho-Ho
Great game, I enjoy the gunplay a lot!
Glad the game stroke a chord, hope we'll strike more in the coming chapters.
I really cannot wait for this to come out.
I still play the campaign of M&B, and I still love it as much as when I first started.
Sounds very strange.
Try launching Source SDK Base 2007 from the tools tab of your Steam Library.
It might ask you to convert it to a new format.
Keep us posted.
What prizes are you talking about?
Since when does ModDB gives "prizes" to winners?
Go in your Steam Library/Tools tab, and launch Source SDK Base 2007 at least once.
If it asks you to "convert it" to a more efficient format, that was your issue.
He doesn't even need to own anything.
Just downloading Steam allows you to download Source SDK Base 2007, and that's all you need to play.
Virtually anyone on the planet can play this for free, as long as they have the "minimum requirements"
Make sure the path is SteamApps/Sourcemods/Underhell and not SteamApps/Sourcemods/Underhell/Underhell
There it is:
Unofficial Coop tutorial going up.
Well, there is a playable multiplayer version built into the engine.
But it's very unstable.
Want a tutorial for it ?
Thanks for the feedback!
I have optimized the images with less heavy, but just as good looking JPEGS.
Let me know how that loads!
There was an error in the folders path, I have fixed it.
Sorry for the trouble.
Game's looking good, you got talent.
