If you enlist in a lord's army, and then resign, speak to him again and enlist again, you get 1 relationship point with that lord. You can repeat that as many times as you want, no time restriction.

To you who have been constantly bitching about how Jarvy doesn't do a good job and that he's a liar etc etc etc, please go **** yourselves. Jarvy's not a robot like Ironman's JARVY, he has his own life, his own schedules and his own problems. So don't be ****** if he can't spend 24/7 working for you, for free. He's done an amazingly awesome job so far and we shall thank him for what he does instead of belittling him because your ***** can't wait. Jarvy, keep up the good work man, and take your time. Don't pay attention to those jerks who expect you to be their bitch. Don't rush it!

Hey, I don't say you're not right, but seriously, give Jarvy a break! He's going to college, has got a half-working computer and slow internet and simultaneously works on this mod to please us.
He actually always plans to release his work on the dates he gives but unexpected things happen or he finds new things to add/fix/remove. Noone can be precise when planning a mod's release date.
If this keeps ******* you guys off, though, you can always ask him not to give release dates anymore.
I just wanted to tell you that you're being unfair.

From what I know, they won't. Less than half the scenes are finished and he said he'll release them all together. So it's almost impossible to release them this wednesday (0.3's release date). However, he said they'll be released soon, so don't worry. I can't wait!

They're meant to be that way. Jarvy is currently working on custom settlements.

The current version is full of bugs. Jarvy warned us about this, though. It's not even close to an alpha version yet, so wait till the completed version comes out if you want to enjoy it.

As far as I know Jarvy lives in the UK. It must be 1:32 there right now. (or 5:32, I'm not very good at time conversions)

I know realised that much effort has been made for this mod, so sorry if I was hard on it last time I commented. Let me help you by telling you what needs fixing. So if you do these, your mod's gonna be perfect.
1. First of all!!!! Custom Settlements. Entering Shelob's lair and all you see is a village is not very pleasant.
2. Fix your point of view when you ride a Mumak. You can almost see nothing. Also, make it so that when you hit a Mumak, it always loses health. (You have to hit it at certain spots atm)
3. Conversations (Dialogs taken directly off of Native) and some other miscellaneous stuff, such as Aragorn's messed up face.

1.0 worked great, but when I enter an area in 1.1, the game just crashes. Any solutions? (P.S. I use the 1.043 version of warband)

They do not have to be perfect from the first release.
We want to just get a taste of the custom settlements.
It's better to have an undetailed model of e.g. Barad Dur, than a native town resembling it

Could you please add the already finished custom settlements on the first release?

What's the discussion concerning the movie and the book Bolg about? I don't see much difference between those two. Can someone explain?

Bonus question : Will the English version contain English voices for the new heroes and units as well as the text?

Fans of this mod sometimes leave bad comments about TLD, not the Jarvy. On the contrary, he praises the devs of TLD for their great work. Please do some research before posting.

From what I release, that would go against the structure of Warband. Not that it's a bad idea, though. I've thought about that too (even e-mailed Jarvy, before realising it was impossible)

Hey Jarvy can you please upload some more pics? (Your progress in Moria, Minas Tirith and such) I'd love the check them out. Can't wait for the release!

For the first release, only Isengard, Mordor, Gondor and Rohan will be playable. In the next releases (2.0 and 3.0 will be released in 2014, 4.0 in 2015) there will be more factions, such as the elves and evil men, dwarves and some more. Also, the Hobbit movie armor and weapons will most likely not be available in the first release. We can ask Jarvy to include them in the newer ones.
