I found files for БА-64 and БА-10 vehicles in game folder. Can I build (or summon) them in game? If not, why?

I have a problem with soviets AI, while using them as allies on the 2x2 map. The game stops after 5-7 min of the game and message comes about AI critical error.

Very good alpha 0.3. There are some critical bugs (new units can't exit from transport or screen swarm can not be attached to new tanks or walkers), but in other hand it is nice to see Shatterer, Zone Riders or Cyborgs in TW. Awaiting for Epic and C&C4 units. So go on, man, we thirst for this!
