Feels like it could have been a section in Episode One. Short and sweet, and the Combine sniper was fun to use.

It's hard to go back to base HL2 after using this. If you've wanted to go through the game again but want something different, this is definitely the way.

Really well made. A little crust and jank, but that's to be expected with something based off the beta and for a mod that goes up for free. Really cool to see what could have been (I think I prefer the final HL2 version, but this feels like its own thing and is enjoyable in its own right). One of my favorite things about HL2 is the atmosphere, and while some might not love the long intro section of traversing the city, I think it's fun to explore and helps establish a world different from any other HL content. Mad respect for the team working on this.

actually pretty darn creative, and the mmod compatibility certainly doesn't hurt

about as good as hl2 mods get. imo the voice in your head doesn't feel very compelling as a motivator but the gameplay more than makes up for it
