It's wild that this is 10 years old, it's definitely one of the best mods I've played.

I got it to launch all right, but it crashes during the opening cutscene (3 different places in the 3 attempts I made)

A nice little mod! Like someone else said, short and sweet. There was an issue of a metal fence not opening - I noclipped through, and only then did an npc come and open the door for me. Otherwise worked just fine, and felt a bit like one of the later HL2 chapters.
