Currently I'm working on the soundtrack for Arrival Studios visual novel, "Saint Nicolae's Academy for the Exceptionally Gifted" which is fun. You can see my progress on that in this SoundCloud playlist. I'm not exactly sure what you'd call the direction I'm taking things, but there's a lot of orchestral instruments and use of 3/4, sometimes with a waltz feel.

I was also working as a background artist for another small visual novel, though I haven't heard back from the developer for a while. I was only creating the backgrounds so that I'd have something to show off when seeking commissions, so it's not a huge loss. Here's what I've created for it:

Oh and that's another thing. I'm looking to take on commissions either as a 3D artist or composer. If you're interested, then send me an email :) However, please don't contact me offering low-ball prices like $100 for an entire 40 track score -- that amounts to $2.50 per track. I will negotiate and charge based on complexity, but that's unreasonable. Assuming a piece of music takes 4 - 8 hours to write (and it can take a lot longer sometimes), you're offering a wage of roughly 30 - 60 cents an hour, obviously well below minimum wage. And I'm most definitely not interested in the share of profits your project makes after it's released -- a fraction of nothing is still nothing. That being said, if you have a volunteer project you think I might be interested in, let me know. I'm much, much more receptive to that than insulting wages or "pay you later" schemes.

Lastly, I haven't been (and don't plan to) update this profile any more, at least for the foreseeable future. Maintaining a profile on multiple sites is a pain in the ass and I get basically no views here, nor do I link anyone here much. If you want to see more of my art or music go here:
