Have you ever actually killed some of the rebel heroes, because it feels great to be an empire! There is the empires at war gc, which does have the nr, but they have a rather weak presence. It's likely that the coms will kill them off for you if you really don't want to fight with a few exceptions since they will be in areas where only the remnant can reach them.

It takes a while to load up because of all the content, just give it some time

you don't seem to understand that he doesn't do this for a living, or even gets paid for this. To ask an unpaid modder when they are going to release something contiuously when they don't know due to the fact that they do this in they're free time, probably with no real schedule because the rest of their life is more important to them and they don't know if something will pop up that will interrupt there life and project is very selfish and ignorant.

If you download the English version of the mod, it will be in English. I actually don't see a french patch in the files, but there is a german, and an italien patch that I assume changes the language of the mod.

In the folder method, the republic at war data file still needs to be named "data" or it won't work. It's the same with the vanilla data file. Make sure these data files don't overlap.

Step 1
Rename Republic at war data to whatever you want.
Step 2
in steam, right click on empire at war in your library. Click "properties". click the "local file" tab at the top. Click "verify integrity of game cache".
This will hopefully restore your original data file.
Step 3
If you want to play something that is not republic at war, make sure that the original empire at war data folder is named data and the republic at war data folder is named something else. another way to do this is make 2 folders, one marked for your republic at war data, and one marked for vanilla data. if you use the folder method, drop the data you are NOT using into it's corresponding folder. Then proceed to play game.

I think part of the reason is that all the riggers are too busy to work on all of the mod's features.

If you only have one squad of bombers you shouldn't be able to kill larger ships in my opinion. If you have multiple bombers, the story changes.

well, in the description it says to post any concerns about this mod, so here I go. I will readily admit that I am not a modder, however I have read quite a bit into other mods and watched many of them live or die. I am worried about the shear amount of content that you are going to try and put into this mod. I recommend that you prioritize things that you know you can do before you start working on the more complex things as I believe that this mod shows a great amount of promise, and I really don't want it to die. Please make sure that you don't take on too large of a workload that will not be finished, for your benefit and everyone who looks forward on this mod's benefit. And of course, you are working on this for no pay in your free time, and thus, you have no real reason to listen to me if you don't want to or feel the need to. I just felt a little concerned is all, ignore me if you think that I have no reason to be concerned, as you are the actual modder and are far more competent at this than I could ever be.

Go to files, then Imperial Civil War 2.1 (either installer or zip) then click on it.

also, the hammerhead corvett used in the movie is a different ship than the hammerhead class cruiser, and is said to be inspired by the design, so I would'nt be scrapping the model if I were you

for many republic ships, they're engines look like they are always going full power, even when the ship is stationary.

the valor dreadnought, while having a shield generator and power to shields, has no shields.

I have all the problems that gatosardina had except for the shuttle dropping in somewhere else part. Also I killed an anti fighter station with 3 interceptor squadrons, which is incredibly stupid because not only are the interceptors supposed to be "lightly armed" despite ripping through the station's shields and hull, but this somewhat invalidates the anti fighter station's existence.
