I think the bolt is actually on the other side of the gun, because otherwise the bullet casings would hit you in the face.

Um yes it does, it's a Eve Hypo from BioShock which will be seen in the mod.

It's not a remake of BioShock, it's like SMOD Outbreak except it's BioShockish

Lua Stuff from GMOD doesn't work on a regular mod, lua is only compatible from some mods and gmod.

Have you ever played BioShock in the first place? If you played BioShock you would know how plasmids would help you.

It's not Entirely impossible, This mod will not take under the ocean, this mod will replace weapons and NPC Models.
