I am known as Cylarne on Relicnews and many other places, but here on MOD DB, and Skype I am known as Lord Doofus, my preferred name as it is easy to change................ I am a developer for the Dawn of War game, and my mod is the Ultimate Apocalypse mod. I did A LOT with it. I am a coder, map maker, mod tester, AI developer, hex n' tex maker, FX maker, makes 2D images, voice act for units, make (poor quality) videos, scar code, create campaigns (with non lore related), GUI developer (expert at that), and finally I can make the "impossible" possible with super passionative thinking and enjoyment of developing games.

... no luck. Yet I hear only Russians able to access the mod. 1 other (guest) who isn't Russian, actually accessed it (so he/she says), but will not give a response.
So I read through Warforge, also stating that Yandex scans systems to see if it is Russian related also? What kind of prank is this!?
So I tell GrOrc over and over what went wrong, yet my comments get deleted over and over and over and over and over...
So please, can somebody out there, or you, GrOrc tell me what is going on? Why there is a password locked on the private version? If there is a restriction placed on us "Westerners", then why do you say this is not a sale?
I have the latest Titanium Wars (although I can't crack the password, even though I have that too) I could send you it if you like.

I downloaded the Yandex.disk client and downloaded it using that.
However, whenever I copy/paste the password from the .txt file it tells me that the password was incorrect.
My brother is cracking the password and I think he's going to set up a password-less download on Mediafire when he does. I'll send you the link if he does.

My brother has confirmed that the password is FAKE. GrOrc is TROLLING us.

No need to be rude or anything, but I DID download the latest TWM just as brother GrOrc said. (See the Russian forums form more instructions).
And ALL went OK, the pass worked perfectly, and I have the latest version now.
In other words, it's NO FAKE.
Just took me a bit to do it, but it is no more than a 5 minutes fuss.
Glad to see your success, Gambit_1. :) Now I can rest. I see that people will have no problem with obtaining latest version of TWM-SS. And absolutely free!!! :)

You just need to find the link within the forum post in Warforge (it's there, you can see it in the video) and get a Yandex account to download it.
Why am I bothering to re-upload TWM without password?
Because people could be deceived into thinking there was no way for non-Russian speakers to obtain the mod without paying.
Why is that bad? Because the Titanium Wars mod *is NOT 100% GrOrc's work*. No matter how he tries to put it, the Tyranid mod assets? He didn't make 'em. The simply fantastic Witch Hunters mod models & textures? He didn't make 'em either. Heck and how to forget about the PoK/FoK mod assets? These and many, MANY more.
So if you're going to donate to a mod, let it be to show your actual appreciation to what makes that mod unique, not to gain access to the contents MANY *other* mods brought to the game.
And if anyone feels like whining over me posting an easier to access link to something that's free to get anyways, remember GrOrc's own words: "In my humble opinion all 3D assets of DoW Community must be in public domain now [...] TWM is absolutely free uncommercial DoW-modding-project".

I have no objection. if someone will put new TWM-SS-download-link on other sites (and without password protection). People should have free access to the latest version of TWM. I passworded file with TWM-SS on my site because I just do not want to have another ban from admins of ModDB. Password protection is realization of private status of TWM-SS as "copyrightsers" wanted.

Ha-ha-ha! :) This is not my name for TWM-SS file. ;) My own original file was named "TitaniumWars SS 1.00.14 private.rar". ;) Perhaps Rocket-Banana made name "Freedom Edition". Good joke! :) It truthfully describe the situation. :)
Just because there appears to be a lot of confusion around this subject: You do not need to install the Yandex client to get TWM from GrOrc's link. In fact, do NOT install the Yandex client, so many people saying it causes havoc on their systems can't be a good thing.
Again, you ONLY need a Yandex *account* to download, nothing else.
Many people have already called a new TWM-SS-version of "Freedom Edition" thanks to you, Rocket-Banana. ;)

If you'll have problem with this from web-brouser, maybe you must install Russian language support in your local Windows-system. This is standard system feature, but some languages maybe not installed by default.

So... all of this, in my opinion would be fine if the mod was not password protected. Why the password?
Maybe you want another ban for TWM? ;) With password we have no link in fact. I can not advertise link to full version of TWM on ModDB. Otherwise my page will be closed again by "copyrights reason". ;)

That doesn´t make sense, because the content is already linked and it doesn´t matter if it´s protected by password or not. Password is just additional barrier for users, but not for "protecting it´s content".
Since when do copyright laws make sense?

...but Yandex help to all people. :) Yandex have magic feature to bypass strong password from evil GrOrc. ;)
I dunno how about you but when yandex apears on my pc it becomes malignant. Its impossible to delete. It downloads and installs itself without asking my permission. It installs gadgets and other junk to my pc. So yeah, I really avoid anything with yandex.
Just do not install anything. Check properties of your web-browser. I have no any problem with Yandex. And Yandex disk is very useful feature.

But why settle for a needlessly complicated and mildly inferior version of Chrome when you can use the real thing? Unless you’re a Russian émigré pining for a taste of home, Yandex probably isn’t for you.
I am Russian and I live in Russia all my life. ;) I have no any problem with Yandex. Non-Russian people have no any problem with Yandex too. Just do good organization of software (OS + browser) on your own computer.
You don't need to install Yandex for the Mod.
I got it without it.
You do need to install Yandex to get the mod provided within GrOrc's original link, otherwise you got the mod from somewhere else.
Or nevermind, apparently I was told that I needed to sign up for Yandex without installing client.
Yandex cannot be accessed by guests, only members, hence BIG confusion in the long run. ^^

You see that screenie up there I posted? I had to work at the install for a good portion of my time. I really needed to register... including others. I don't know your story.
Then I don't know what to tell you.

I use firefox as a browser and download them all DL manager.
I also did it the first day GrOrc Posted it.

Yeah I tried yet once again, going in as guest with yandex finally uninstalled and everything, on yet again Firefox (as you remember Internet Explorer situation? :D) and "unable to download file." Translator off, etc.
And why you need TWM at all?
It is for gamers who likes the dull gameplay, not for modders.
Well in my personal opnion, TWM gameplay overall if I were to rate it out of 10 would be a 7, due to turret WTFU impossibility to kill and super strong structures... I don't NEED it, I just wanted to see what all of the fuss was about.
I also tend to download a lot of DoW mods.
I have file and PW, new Administratum race is not that bad
