I am a developer for the Dawn of War game, and my mod is the Ultimate Apocalypse mod. I did A LOT with it. I am a coder, map maker, mod tester, AI developer, hex n' tex maker, FX maker, makes 2D images, voice act for units, make (poor quality) videos, scar code, create campaigns (with non lore related), GUI developer (expert at that), and finally I can make the "impossible" possible with super passionative thinking and enjoyment of developing games.

There's honestly too many melee units for the Sisters, and not one ranged elite unit. You got invulnerable dead angels, and then Repentia, then Nunciate Superiors, but all the SOB has is Celestians, and they are a tier 1 unit. :)

Well, atm the campaign is not available to play. But when we do, there is a small chance that your suggestion might make it in. However, I am unsure of how the campaign will be developed, so many things are uncertain. :(

All four of your suggestions were already incorporated into UA - "DODA" several months ago. As for the Apothecaries, it was already done up in version 1.73.8. I don't want to incorporate the voice or model figure for 1.73 as it is minor and forgettable, but Gladiators attachable will do.

Yes!!!! More snarky comments! It only improves this mod... no, I'm serious, it actually improves it a lot... so I'd appreciate as much feedback AS POSSIBLE. Balance is a hard thing to do... ;)

Tau is not the most attentive race:

Necrons>Imperial Guard>Eldar>Dark Eldar>Tau>Tyranids>Orks>Space Marines>Sisters>Chaos

Some could say I focus too hard on Necrons, but 1.73 Necrons is a different story. It will be a promise to nerf Tau in later patches. Space Marines and Chaos will.... I dunno. :shrugs:

Ok, but, if you want perfect and balanced Tyranids in 1.73 versions, that would be almost impossible. It requires time and patience to make a race almost perfect, yet alone not UP or OP for all units. So that is what UA - The Hunt Begins is for, where I hope to make Tyranids late game astounding.

As for the patches, it will further make changes closer and closer to the feel of how 1.74 is now. Except Necrons which are changed up completely. :p

All factions really. As I'd like one structure that'd look nice and tidy both ways. :) It would just help out A LOT in gameplay and my ideas for it is alive and well. :)

Okay so it is now officially implemented in the next update. The UA mod team wishes to apologize for not seeing your earlier posts, but the amounts of comments we have to go through piles up over time, or we may have read it, and then we forgot as we forgot to write it down, etc. etc.

We appreciate any and all feedback. 1.73.9 I was hoping to take a big break from to get UA - The Hunt Begins up and modded again, and if we find lots of things to fix (Necrons and Tau are on the to do list), we will be sure to add whatever we see or come across.

Yep the thread is on heavy overwatch as for when I start Chaos Space Marine implementations (as there is only Tyranids, Space Marines, Sisters, and Chaos left to properly incorporate), I'll be looking at this thread and others.

Just tested Tau, and there is actually a bug where if you attach the XV89 Commander or Tau Commander with an infantry squad, and then turn on his shields, the squad becomes invulnerable to enemy attacks.

This will be fixed in the upcoming version... but I deserve a break for now, releasing these two week patches. :(

There is actually a bug that makes Tau units invulnerable when you attach them with the XV89 Commander or Tau Commander. So it is more broken than not balanced at all.

As we just tested Tau, and besides that issue, they are fine. Dunno when that issue will be fixed, but it will be in the next update.

You mean UA DODA, or to be renamed soon to UA - THB (The Hunt Begins). 1.74 will be another patch. I'll be aware of the amount of confusion upon 1.74 release, which we will be prepared to encounter. :)

1.74 maybe out in less than a month. Biggest release is to be determined.
