I am a developer for the Dawn of War game, and my mod is the Ultimate Apocalypse mod. I did A LOT with it. I am a coder, map maker, mod tester, AI developer, hex n' tex maker, FX maker, makes 2D images, voice act for units, make (poor quality) videos, scar code, create campaigns (with non lore related), GUI developer (expert at that), and finally I can make the "impossible" possible with super passionative thinking and enjoyment of developing games.

The maximum radius of every single map is <= 2150 meters across, corner to corner on 1024x1024 player maps. So a range of 2500 for say would be in DOW's case, infinite.

I don't even think any artillery, not even in supreme commander should have infinite range, though. Rather a really big number. ;)

Leaping applied to the Dark Eldar I've actually tried before and is a good idea, but the only problem is, since DOW relies on animated names from the Object Editor, when lacking, you'd see a T-stance appear as the model's lacking animation and would look weird.

I don't know what you are ranting about? But anyways, with the regards to the DOW Engine, not allowing developers to do anything and everything possible, we'll be sure to include most of what you suggest or at least try if not possible. :)

We got the same idea going and it is actually still in the testing phases so it's not like everything is too late to change anyways. :)

Actually that is an issue with the mod itself. Titan Wars adds 30 relic point cap in a loop of x amount of players to each player xD. And once you research even more relic points, the numbers just rise into just below 500.

So you could field 163 Brass Scorpions (3 relic points each) if you want.

I don't know what 0.5b3 would have in store. I assume 1.74 would work for 0.5b2 and 3. Regardless, 1.74 will provide fixes for 0.5b3 to make that work, too when it comes out. With the addition to new links linked up to 0.5b3.

As much as I'd like to say "Yes, let's add these units", it would require 3D work to make and we don't usually reply to "Make this unit possible".

However the Tau Sentry turrets just might make it in.

Ork banners might also if I find the feel.

I did replace the old music as... at that time I really enjoyed the dark feel of the Apocalypse unravelling. Then all the sudden I didn't like it once the 1.73 release was released and others agreed. :D

So yeah you can definitely for surely 100% sure find a fix for this within the 1.74 version of the mod. :)
