Can't it be a «palace» floor (or two) in the Skyscraper? They are basically the same thing. It's like choosing Terminal and retail Plaza, one over another. So e.g. I can put a stella on the Terminal and it wouldn't make much of a difference.
The skyscraper was based after the building in Warsaw Palace of Culture and Science which has interiors like this one anyway.
Though once again… I always thought that the Palace of the Soviets would be the most epic building ever and it would've been so cool as a basic for the Skyscraper… it saddens me that it was never finished. Img15.nnm.ru
political ideology aside gota agree them Soviets were pretty ballzy just for even designing that thing and taking its construction seriously 0_o I mean if it wasn't for WW2 they would have actually tried to finish building that ...
