when i try to look the faction in 20 seconds its crash with no error

have the same problem with uh-oh sorry don't know why this game is exiting and in the menu in 20 seconds the game crashes. sorry for my bad english i hope you can understand me what i mean with the menu at the start wehen i wanne play a campaign look the faction and its crash with no error

i am german and download nehrim german version and i patch oblivon in 1.2.0214.And it relase a patch for nehrim i downloaded it and i patch my oblivion in 1.4. when i satrt the game its lag. i instal nehrim new and ipatch it but its coming THE ******* lag .what i schould to do
