I'm fairly new to mapping, and I'm currently only familiar with the HPL2 and Gold Source engines. I'm alright at mapping with HPL2, and I'm still pretty bad with scripting. As far as my experience with Gold Source goes, its pretty basic. I only know how to map for the popular mod Cry of Fear, and I've never actually mapped for Half-Life, Counter-Strike, etc, and my maps aren't very amazing, just decent. Right now I have a shitty mic, but once I get one, I'd like to get into voice-acting, at least for my own mods, I can do a variety of voices, most of them are pretty silly, and are for comedic purposes, but I hope that I can get better at serious voice-acting. Right now I have two Custom Stories for Amnesia, they're both pretty shitty. If you want to work with me, send me a PM.

m0st pr0 game eva!!!!! textures are pro, and the wepons sound awesooommee. music is cool, and teh zombis animatons r supa scary. betar than L4D n DayZ. 10/10 super awesome game, most beast game, i luv it.

A great mod, one of the scariest experiences I've ever had with a game (right up there with Amnesia: The Dark Descent.) It doesn't feel right to call this a mod, it acts and feels like a stand alone game (I actually bought HL1 just to play this mod).
The gameplay is great, it scares the crap out of you in the beginning, and keeps you on edge (you don't actually encounter a monster for quite a while). Has a nice balance of true horror and jump-scares. The limited inventory space also add to the tension, as well as the use of save stations, forcing you to soldier on to the next save station when you'd really rather "fear-quit."
With all the good things I have to say about this mod, there are a couple problems I have with it that keep from giving it a 10. First off is that you can't save in Co-Op, or at least choose what map you want to start out on instead of having to restart the Co-Op from the beginning each time. Another problem is that I had to restart the game at one point because I had no syringes, the game refused to give me any, and I had barely any health left, and was forced to fight Carcass (well not really forced, but I certainty wanted to fight him.)
Overall a nice mod that's being well supported, and there's very little negative things I have to say about this mod.
PS: That face that pops out and scares the crap out of you in the beginning when you have the camera will make you jump out of your seat every time, no exceptions.
I enjoyed this custom story. Despite trying, I found it hard to get into the story. However, what this story lacked, it made it up in scares. The scares seemed to come up at the right moment when you let your guard down. The atmosphere was great, and really got me into the story.
Can't wait for chapter 2.
