Ok, if you have W.7, try going in the 'Start' search bar and write: Sysdm.cpl
One program should come up which you need to open (it should say "System Properties" at the top when you've opened it). When opened, click on the 'Advanced' tab, and then click the top 'Settings...' button under the Performance section. Once a new window opens up, press the 'Data Execution Prevention' tab, and then select the option called; "Turn on DEP for all Programs and services except those I select". After that, add the C&C3.exe located in your games directory to the list, and then restart your computer.
Not sure if it will work, but hopefully it will :)
I experienced something similar.
Try deleting C&C3 and all the mods you have installed, then install C&C3 again and only TE 1.51. Worked for me.

My main focus (besides adding body armor) was just making her more "deadly" and less "modelly". It actually looks like she's wearing makeup on the original icon, so I basically toned out most of the facial colour, to make her face more 'pale' and less 'pretty'. Also removed that ridiculous eyepatch, and added that scar instead. I think these changes gave her a much more serious expression than the original :)
Understandable. But I think Carnius has already fulfilled most of his fans wishes. And honestly, the TE community (including myself) was really hyped throughout december and was actually expecting a Christmas/New years release, so people are just waiting in anxiety now. But of course if Carnius says it isn't ready, well then it simply isn't ready and we understand that. ;)
However im not so sure about your idea mohnatyj89. New units are always sweet of course, but it just seems like the role of a light anti-infantry air unit, is already fulfilled by the Jumpjet Trooper. :/

The Cobra is one of the most deadly units in the entire mod! I have crushed ARMIES with a few of those things! "patient super-micro machine"? Oh please.. Its not that difficult. Its called 'strategic positioning'. Besides, if they didnt have to deploy, they would be WAY too OP!
Defilers and Conqueror too slow? Oh boy.. The Conqueror is a walking monstrosity of doom, with the firepower of a small death star lol! I think its slow speed is only fair compared to these things. And the Defiler? It doesnt have to deploy, and you want it to go faster too? Doesnt really sound fair to me...

I was just thinking, since ive started playing TS/Firestorm for the last couple of weeks; would it be possible for you to recreate some of the missions from TS/Firestorm? Dont even know myself if its possible, but I think it would be really cool, cuz many of those missions were just awesome! :D
Despite my ever lasting quest for supplying Nod with better weaponry, that just sounds too OP.
Besides, Kane managed to build ONE liquid T bomb and they didnt even have the capacity to detonate it. And look at the imense damage it did!
I would rather go for Fenrerare's 'nuclear radiation' idea, or, add the Tiberium waste chemical missile from TS. Perhaps you would have to build a Missile Silo (like in TS) with limited firing range, and you would have to purchase each missile for perhaps 2000$. That way you could spread tiberium fumes in areas of the map that were in range, but it would have to be purchased and strategically placed.

Basically, this weapon wouldnt have a very high impact damage, however, it would spread tiberium toxic fumes out in a large area and contaminate all living organism, and possibly turn infantry into visceroids. Perhaps not as high damage vs buildings as in Tiberian Sun, but it would create a "no mans land" highly dangerous against all units(including your own) for a period of time. That would be pretty awesome! :)
