Basically, this weapon wouldnt have a very high impact damage, however, it would spread tiberium toxic fumes out in a large area and contaminate all living organism, and possibly turn infantry into visceroids. Perhaps not as high damage vs buildings as in Tiberian Sun, but it would create a "no mans land" highly dangerous against all units(including your own) for a period of time. That would be pretty awesome! :)

I think you misunderstand the term "terrorism".
In short; "Terrorism" defines an individual or a group of people inducing their political and/or religious beliefs through means of physical violence, regardless of what their own beliefs may be.
What they are doing however, is inducing martial law and corporate dictatorship through economic and political censorship.
And the US/NATO soldiers in the middle east, ARE fighting for freedom and democracy. What many of those poor souls are not aware of however, is that the reason they have been SENT there, are entirely economic.
And dont judge an entire nation, for the actions of a few beurocrats and corporates. Believe me, im as tired of the US policies as any other, but you cant blame stupidity and selfishness by a few individuals on an entire people. Do you blame the entire german people for the actions of Adolf Hitler and his ministers? I dont, and neither should you...
