YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DESTROY WALLS, CIVILIAN CARS, FENCES TREES AND MUCH MORE! EVENTUALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO DEFORME THE WHOLE LEVEL INCLUDING GROUND YOU ARE STANDING ON!
THE EFFECTS WILL BE ENHANCED AND IMPROVED. THE SOUNDS WILL BE ADDED AND REWORKED TO CLOSELY MATCH THE REAL WORLD. ALL ANIMATIONS WILL BE DINAMIC AND REALISTIC. EACH CLASS WILL HAVE ITS OWN SOLDIER.
THIS IS JUST THE BEGINING. YOU WILL GET MORE CONTENT IN THE UPDATES EACH MONTH. NEW WEAPONS, NEW VEHICLES, NEW SOLDIERS, NEW MAPS AND MUCH MORE.

The files are perfectly safe and checked by the server on a regular bases. It takes approximately 27 min to downlad each of the 4 parts. In some cases (usually) it is much faster.

Ho guys! Please, tell me, how to run this mod ? Exe file don't work.
As a 2142 modder with 6 years of experience, after watching your walk though video on Youtube of your Red Zone project, I'd thought I'd check the work out of a fellow passionate 2142 modder, as there are so... few of us... left.
The Red Zone installer installed without incident, but I can't get it to run. I double click the Red_Zone Shortcut... the full screen goes black for about a second, and then it returns to a desktop. Of course, if I launch 2142 via its own Shortcut or exe, the game runs file for me.
My System: Battlefield 2142 1.51 under Windows XP 323bit, on AMD X2 3600 with Geforce GT 520 and 3.5 gb RAM. I laughed when you said your development rig was an i7 920... and that other players probably have a simliar system... not likely. On my dedicated server, the server reports an average FPS of my players (the general 2142 population) at 30fps... indicating to me, they're not running any i7's, or even Core 2 Duos. We're talking stone age 15 year old equipment, like me, because that's what I get for FPS's.. 30 to 50. An i7 would churn out 100-120 FPS or better without a thought...

AIRWAR is a massive Server Side Only Mod for Battlefield 2142 developed by independent game developer, CHOPPERGIRL. If you have Battlefield 2142 installed and updated, there is nothing further you need to install. Just connect to the AIRWAR Server and enjoy.
The Soviets never used the TT-33 since WWII. It would be logical to give the Soviets a Makarov.
I have a few ideas to see if this mod can stay alive however, it would be good to have help on board.
Providing REDFOX_2017 is not working on this mod anymore.
Ideas:
Add Belgrade and Suez Canal maps.
New Faction (Possibly) Rebels
New weapons for the rebels (Cz.58, other weapons)
New textures.
Again these are ideas I'd have, I don't have much in experience other than beta testing and the occasional modding.
Really awesome mod, if it have had more than just one map, and some MP servers online, I'd rather play this instead of the vanilla 2142 game. I love it!
