Well, if you use Linux, then you should know how to deal with such problems (e.g. add path to qt so-files to LD_LIBRARY_PATH, etc.).
Otherwise, Windows "just-install-and-use" version is at your service. :)

Maybe change in jackhammer.sh
LD_LIBRARY_PATH = $LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$dirname
to
LD_LIBRARY_PATH = $LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/path/to/your/qt/libs/:$dirname
?
Or even try to copy qt so files to the jackhammer directory? (certainly you should run jackhammer.sh, not jackhammer)
