I voted on Greenlight your project, is really usefull and I don't need to made every settings, because he made already setting, but I have a question, At buttons (func_button) I can use E (use) at func_button, not touching it (with character) ?

It depends on which game are you creating levels for.
In Half-Life, that's the default behavior.
In Quake, there is no such "use" button and each and every button reacts only to touches and hits.

Unfortunately I can't make FGDs for each and every mod. But you can use any fgd that is supported by VHE, and make changes according to JH's half-life fgd, if you want (it's not essential).

How do you change the animation sequence for models in the editor? They all use their default animation even though I've tried changing it in the properties menu.

Enter an animation sequence *number* into the "Animation Sequence (Editor)" field. Don't use sequence names, use numbers.
