Your mission, as one of an ultra secretive elite force called Dark Envelope, is to stop the alien threat and preserve humanities hope for a future... In the city level you must attempt to destroy both of the 2 scaffolding towers being contructed as part of an alien superstructure, currently the DE does not know the purpose of the contruction project, only that it is being heavily guarded.
