That Umbral Phoenix makes the scene look much more apocalyptic, its so nice when unit and building art both mix in and define the environment.
On a side note: yey, more particles! Are we getting some Fey or Heavenly looking particle effects too?
Anyone can make new PFX by creating xmls following the templates provided.
