Reworked old skirmish maps for 0.8.6.
Could we get a goblin hero model for Orcs please? Just a repaint of a goblin chieftain's armour to copper/golden an a small resize of the unit an perhaps a different mace would suffice. Perhaps even just sticking a banner on the back of his armour.
Perhaps it would be easier to use the Giant's model (because you can duplicate conversion animations - or attack animations - into spell ones). But it would be more an "Ogre" hero.
New models are great... the thing is someone must create them, and also fit the game. For now we can only create new music, campaigns, terrains, edit already existing models and expand the game with new features (not bad).
Perhaps sometime in the future new models will be a thing, who knows.
The goblin chieftain has a spell, though I never checked if it had an animation. I just think it would be pretty cool to play as a goblin for once, they are supposed to be a bit smarter than orcs so leading an army sounds natural.
Is in the To Do list for discussions. If ever gets done, will probably get a new goblin voice too.
Really cool! I love that this game series keeps expanding through modding, modding saves imaginary universes. ;)
