How to play Custom addons:
Dump the .grp files from the .zip files that you download into the same directory that sw.grp is.

Then right click Shadow Warrior Classic Redux in your library and choose properties. Then choose Set Launch Options and put:

-gNAME.grp (name is the name of the file obviously).

or edit your shortcut and add that to the end. you can now play any custom grp.
