ScrumbleShip is the most accurate space combat simulation devised to date. Gather resources, construct a capital ship out of individual blocks, then pilot it with AI or human help against other players.
I never thought of that- although the large dual barrel weapons were intented as so, the bottom "lance" was just for looks. However, I'm wondering if it could be somehow reconfigured to be some sort of super cannon, with it's own dedicated battery arrays.
I was thinking about somehow configuring it into an actual giant space lance... but as Dirkson pointed out to me, it would have to be built so that the impact is not transferred into the main hull.
And finally, here's the exterior of the Scarab!

That's a cool design! Kind of like a gunboat, with barrels for a few big fixed, forward-facing guns.

I believe yes, eventually, you can.
And if you can't, ramming is a valid strategy as well.

Put rockets on it, and have it break off from the main hull so it can ram into the enemy ship.
Looks scary and exotic. Fighting this could definitely give me chills, good work there.
