In the tests we've been running all day we appear to have reduced significantly the number of server timeout errors. However, there's now an all-new issue with high latency connections sometimes not loading in all of the chunks, and that should be resolved tomorrow's update.

Give 0.58.2 a try online and please let us know how it turned out!

Despite the potential fix, because of our limited ability to test this version online, please note that LAN (local) servers are the only servers that will likely work well in 0.58.2, as we've experienced little issue with them.

Want to Host a Server?

Make sure you've got your ports forwarded on port 32411! We have noticed the master server sometimes handles non port forwarded servers on occasion, but just to be on the safe side...

Micah's sorted through the user submitted ships from yesterday and has tried to get atleast one from each person to meet our quota.
We're still looking for some fighter (enormity 1-4) sized ships, so if you've got a ship you wouldn't mind being included with the next version of Blockade Runner, please submit it in this thread here.
