Build the wildest starships you can imagine from the inside-out -- and then blow them up!
Over 17 new prefabs, many bug fixes, corrected deferred lighting on angles and interiors, placeable catwalks, terminal prefabs and more!

Most of the angles respond to the lighting properly! Nathan's got a plan to correct them all with one fell swoop, but couldn't get to it in time for this developement iteration. Maybe next time!
Most of the interiors now have normal maps and will respond accurately to the lighting! There is a specularity issue we're aware of though where walls will "shine" in a sort of chaotic pattern if you look at it just right. It's getting there!

A solid wall of light can come from the milkyway to help brighten up the hull of your ship!
Check the "Structure > Door" area of the Material bar to place all the new prefabs!
Catwalks can be built piece-by-piece and will be used as low weight / low cost access to areas of your ship. Fairly weak, but saves on the requires materials to build!
Plants will be able to be grown for food and can act as natural air purifiers for your ship.
Generators will provide the raw electricity for devices throughout your ship! Early generators will be in one piece, but later incarnations will be modular for customization.
Terminals will be able to provide information and control over your ship!
Prefab objects are capable of being modded into Blockade Runner, so if you have any modelling skills, start thinking about non-blocky objects that you'd like to see in the game!
If you crash on start-up, please re-submit the log.txt into this thread, as it gives more specific details for us to diagnose the crashing problem with!
Report bugs in the Bug Reports [0.55.X], and stay tuned for further updates!
We've gone over the old voting formula and made a nifty app for us to perform the calculations!
According to the results from the last vote (with over 114 voters!), "Human Movement" has gained significant ground from being #3, but is still behind the #1 "Improved Flight" by just a hair.
The momentum behind Human Movement is overwhelming though (9 out of 10 ordered Human Movement as No.1 Priority!), and has been noted. Stand by!
#1. Improved Thrusters
#2. Human Movement (+1)
#3. Improved Weapons (-1)
Voting for this priority list is now closed, we'll have another for everyone to vote on tomorrow or so
