First we learn what areaportals are and tie an areaportal to a door. Then we look at the most common problem with areaportals and how to solve it.

After that we learn how to use areaportals with something other than a door; a breakable wall.

That's a piece of cake actually: You make a brush, press CTRL-T and set it to trigger_teleport, then you make an entity named info_teleport_destination. In properties name the info_teleport_destination to whatever you want (example: teleport to) and in the properties of the trigger_teleport you put that name (which i exampled as teleport to) in the space marked "Remote Destination". There are many advancements like countdown so if you want to know that you should request a tutorial.
