A pack ready to play with GzDooM and Qeffects, only you need to copy your registered Doom1.wad or Doom2.wad etc to a directory where you unrar this file. Of course every file can be found as I will point were are available today, but Its nice to have the recompilation here just in case I am adding some things. This probably needs a powerful machine due to hi-res. I also did not edit anyfile, just the list of wads, and two .bat for running them. GZdoom, With Bloom, hi res textures, hi res original sounds, ambience instead of music, beam flashlights and footsteps.

I recently felt like playing old dooms again, (got em on steam) and i've downloaded the lovely brutal mode. I downloaded zandronum2.1.2 to launch it propelly
After that, i wanted to try get high res pack (new textures, monsters, skys etc..) I tryed it years ago, but it was wy harder to set up at this time (i may was a bit low also).
I found this addon, that looks terribly good, and want to try it badly!
The thing is, when i open the zip, and copy paste data into doom/base/skins, i got an error trying to launch the game, if i paste on base folder, it crash launchingh.
Sorry for my lack of knowledge on there, it might be noob asking, my bad, but it would help me a lot! Could you tell me the steps to get darkdoom's files into doom folder?
Does any1 got a advice how i could fix it, and use this dark doom?

That's probably an engine issue. Zandronum and GZDoom aren't the same things and have different modding capabilities.
Us the below GZdoom version and load dark doom and dd_flashlight after brutal doom. You can put brutal doom, darkdoom and dd_flashlight into the skins folder but I use a doom launcher to manually set it.

allright, maybe my gzdoom version simply ****** up. So, ive selected brutal20.pk3, darkdoom and flashlight.pk3 and drag to gzdoom.exe
So far it works, but if i want to see the statut line (health, face of marine, ammo etc) there is a display bug, like this line appear 3/4 time avove ea other with different opacity i wish i could upload a pict of it.. Without the line, display is correct! any idea about this issue?
