The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
Ok, managed to tone the shots of the Ion Cannon down a bit / lower the blast radius / decrease the time between the shot and the actual "boom". Here is the pic. Keep in mind that the shots fired by the direct firing mode are weaker blasts before the Drone gets to it's main target and the full power of the Ion Cannon is fired upon the enemies head.
Also did up a quick "drone" model to use. It doesn't look too good zoomed in but at a distance its small and doesn't look too bad at all.
Finally the drone can be shot down but if it does it fires off the main blast ion cannon at it's last location so of course no matter how you look at it something's gonna go boom.
