This is a project I've been working on over time to incorporate the various factions within the Empire in Warsword Conquest. While each province shares similar uniforms they're all unique in their own ways and I wanted to translate that into the game. Check Articles for updates! The plan is to add the following uniforms & troop trees: - Altdorf - Reikland - Wissenland - Marienburg - Stirland - Averland - Middenland - Talabecland - Ostland - Ostermark - Nordland - Hochland - Knightly Orders A couple of important notes: - I'm not affiliated with the original Warsword Conquest team and do NOT claim the assets used as my own, this is simply a fan made addon - Any "funny" textures will most likely get changed over time, I'm relatively new to all this

Hello there PT.2

News

Well after not much thought I've decided to pick up the project again, however I'll be going a slightly different way as I did before. I'll be adding it rank by rank with the final part being the redone troop trees! The first new version of this addon will feature:
- 2 variants of Tier 1 Spearman Armor for all Provinces / States
- 2 variants of Hats for all Provinces / States
- Tier 1 Spears with Province / State colours
- Tier 1 Swords with Province / State colours

What do I mean by tier 1?

Tier 1 refers simply to the lowest level troop in the tree. The idea is to have four tiers for each "role", like this:

Basic Spearman > Trained Spearmen > Veteran Spearman > Captain Spearman

The idea being that each level has more armour and decoration to show that progression in the ranks. For example a Trained Spearman for Altdorf will have shiny armour and medals on display while a Trained Spearman for Middenheim will have furs. I want each troop is this addon to be truly unique. Later down the line I'll also do some Regiments Of Reknown & Knightly Orders, these troops will either be recruitable from Taverns at a very high price or at the end of their Provinces troop trees.

Version 1 is broken due to a mistake I made, this will fix the issues of the armors not appearing in game!

Looking great so far. What ideas do you have for the troop tree? I was wondering if it started as I guess imperial peasent, then you have several straight branches each. For example hochland ends with an expert rifleman, or ostland ends with an expert swordsman or somesuch.

I have a couple of rudimentary ideas currently, I'll have to do some testing before commiting to an idea, I'll post an article when I figure it out

yo, nice one project!

So how to recruit troopers with your custom herlady mod?

Like I managed to install everything, etc. the armors are ingame, but the recruits are still as Warsword_Conquest base.

Or planned for next mod stages?

Hey ! Couldn't you give some advices to the "Old Realms" mod team for Bannerlord ? Because their imperial armors look so ugly and badly made (while vampire and bretonnian armors they made look beautiful...). I think it would be helpful because you get it ! :)
