Victoria II: Kaiserreich reloaded mod

This mod works only for 3.03 as I didn't figure out how to make it work for 3.04.

World War 1 had a very different outcome due to the US losing the Civil War... it's not without reason that it's called the Weltkrieg/Great War. The German Empire won it and blamed it on France. UK was humiliated and turmoil soon took over in the UK. The royal family left for Canada, which was more stable and seemed much safer, just as Australia, New Zealand and even South Africa. The dominions, who decided to become more independent from Great Britain, also decided to take some of the British ex-colonies. Ireland and the UK never concluded a treaty and as a result Germany forced the UK to recognize all of Ireland independent. Ireland serves for German interests, a puppet against the UK. The Commonwealth fell apart... only a few numbers of the old British/pro-British elite wants to reestablish the Commonwealth, however it will be a much more different Commonwealth.

France was forced to release Brittany and Corsica as independent nations, much to their anger. As a result, a fascist military junta, around Maréchal Le Pétain, took power. The colonies of Africa, however, were still ruled by the 'war' government, which became a presidential dictatorship.

The German Empire dominates all of Eastern Europe and has a strong grip on her allies, such as Austria, Bulgaria and Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman Empire has a strong chance to succeed and not to be the sick man of the Bosporus anymore. They are currently at war with Arabic rebels, who seek independence. The new sick man is now Austria, who has become an annoyance for Germany and Bulgaria. Both are plotting against them and just leaving a rumpstate for the Habsburg to reign; in Hungary.

The Americas have drastically changed, since the USA never recovered from their loss in the American Civil War. The CSA became strongly allied with the Mexican Empire, who is the powerhouse in the Americas, except for Argentina. Argentina has become somewhat stronger after the war with Brazil and the Brazilians highly unsatisfied with their government, are slowly turning to the Integralistas.

China is in a total mess and it is not decided yet who will win. Japan is hungry and well-prepared and might just start a new conflict. Which side will you take? Will you take Canada and unite the Commonwealth under the royal crown, will you rule as fascist in Great Britain or do you want to be a revanchistic France, who seeks to destroy the Central Powers? Will Germany be able to succeed as dominant power or will they ultimately fall? What about Mexico, will they emerge as sole super power and will Brazil be able to take revenge against Argentina... Many conflicts will arise and others that haven't been set, will be determined a near future...
