I am replacing many of the flags in game with more accurate and historical ones to represent the time better. Some of the flags I choose may be out of personal preference but I will let people vote on a certain flags and I will take advice on which ones they would like to see in game.

Why is Moldova's fascist flag the modern-day flag of Moldova's armed forces? Should have used the Romanian fascist flag, because the Moldovan fascist were historically pro-Romanian anyway.

Will this work with Victoria 2 Ultimate?
It does work, however, nations added by the mod won't be changed and some of the flags won't be accurate to the timelines outside of 1836 to 1936
The zip file doesn't work to me. When i try unzip it, all the files are there but they are empty, 0kb. It says "method unknown". Do you have a solution for this?
Try and redownload it. I am assuming it didnt finish other than that it is hard to tell I have never had that type of problem occur before
I tried other three times but the problem is the same. The donwload it's fine, the problem is when i try to unzip the file... I even made the stupid thing to try change all the original flag's files with the 0kb ones and now when I play 90% of the flags are completely white. I made a mess eheh. I would really love to play with this pack and I can't figure where this problem comes from.
I would try to re-download with a different mirror and to restore the flags back to the originals verify your game's integrity on steam until the problem is solved. It probably doesn't matter but try using Winrar or 7Zip if you haven't already

Do what I mentioned for Fnafsucks and see if that works
