When I was playing Victoria 2 I couldn't help notice that many flags were not historically accurate or censored so this mod is devoted to making all the flags correct or at least some what closer to its historical counterparts.

Does this work with POP?
Also, do you extract the WinRAR files in the common?
Or do you just leave it there?
Which Mod is POP and it should work with any mod although it wont replace any additional flags outside the vanilla nations within the mod but i am working on a few patches to make them fully complete.
As for the extraction i would do it somewhere else before putting it because i added an optional file for different flags within the GFX folder (bad decision on my part) but if you want you can just extract the whole folder in the common and just say yes when it asks to replace files

It must be something to do with your Firewall edit the settings or ignore the virus warning and continue with your download
