Tiberium Dusk is a re-imagining of the Kane's Wrath universe in a way I feel better fits canon, as EA did a pretty poor job with the C&C franchise continuity from Tiberium Wars onwards. This mod doesn't change anything with regards to the story but helps add elements to the gameplay that "fill the gaps" and provide a more Tiberian Sun esque experience (including all its flaws and unbalances) and departs away from the Kane's Wrath RTS formula. Still a work in progress, I've made changes to the AI (buffed turtle AI and made brutals harder), made changes to "Militant Squads" which make them work with the timeline of the franchise, changed the "Nod" faction entirely with a new name, as Kane's Wrath "Nod" works more of a splinter faction rather than a true "Brotherhood"; with Marked of Kane being the new face of the faction. There are also numerous changes to GDI and Scrin, especially Reaper 17 and Steel Talons, which make them play significantly differently.

I'm wanting to bring back all the classic superweapons, the Ion Cannon is already pretty much perfect, 1-shot boom, but rather than having the "multi-missile" as it was with just a few little crappy explosions its now nuclear. :3 Still trying to perfect the timing with the "drop" animation on the original nuke missile animation though.

I still don't know how I'll recreate stuff like the Hunter Seeker, if that's even possible.

Possibly maybe a flying unit that works like the fanatic, with an infinite sight range and aggressive stance set... idk, I doubt it'll see stuff through the shroud. :/

For the love of god, dont bring the hunter seeker back. That would be like an orca bomber strike but more annoying and worse

I was planning on it not being an instant kill unit, (I absolutely hated that) and possibly even guidable as it was intended on being in Tiberian Sun.

I'm not sure yet, but aside from possibly the Mastodon / Mammoth, I don't plan on doing any 1:1 crossovers for Tiberian Sun inspired units, see Cyborg Commando for example with his flamer. :)

Everything I usually do usually has a "i'm not sure" about it, I build it, test it, see how good it works / how much of an impact it makes; then if its good I leave it in the final product.

I guess you could say it makes me somewhat indecisive, but it leaves me with a lot of materials that I can potentially work on or "bring back" later if I can find a new usage for it. :P

The Kodiak has currently been shelved for that same reason, for now anyway. :)

I fixed up the airburst weapon and fixed the bug where the projectile wouldn't disappear, it also has a better projectile.

Used as a test concept for new Marked of Kane Multi-Missile.
